High or Normal?

Hi all...I know whad does "high" mean but... Is it better that "normal" status or not?

I mean about servers' status. Pleas answer :)

    Thats the amount of players currently on the server. "High" means there are tons.

    Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
    Sage Barbarian Malego - 91
