spirit cultivation

i just reached level 10 elf cleric but i am still a spiritual initiate.how do i become a spiritual adept so i can upgrade to faster wings ?

    just lvl up i guess...at lvl 10 then you become spiritual adept

    dunno bout elves but on humans, you have to go to the taoist master and take a quest from him. i think that on elves, you go talk to the priest.
