Looping meditation noise from others

My meditation noise plays for a bit, then stops.
For some reason, occasionally, other peoples meditation noise does NOT stop. For 30 seconds I don't notice, then it starts making me nuts, and it hardly fades with distance.
Please make it so external mediation noises end like self-noises? Please?
