    Those who were previously in before the cap was raised are allowed to stay in, but heavily encouraged to level fast. Those who are inactive and got booted, have to apply when 70+ if seeking re-entrance.

    when i was lvl 10 i wanted to join
    someone said nagare was 50+
    then when i come back at 50x i find out that its 70+ b:cry
    so unlucky............
    but would you make an exeption?
