Where's the newest 18+ patch?

Before the servers went down for weekly maintainance, I was on game version 18 and could play perfectly fine. Now, it says I need to update [which is normal after an update], but when I check the Manual Patch page there's no patch! The newest one is the 16-18 patch which I downloaded, and I can't use the auto updater [which is why I use the Manual Patcher]. I've tried verifying the game version I have, and it goes to the auto patcher and tried to download it.
Have they just not put the newest patch on the page yet, or is this some technical error?
