i download the client and when it downloads it dosent do anything and just wants me to down load it again.

    Specifically, if you believe you've finished the full download from the PerfectWorld_DownloaderV3.exe, please check the My Documents/Downloads folder (in XP) or Documents/Downloads folder (in Vista) for a Perfect_World_International.exe file. In Vista, right-click it, and then click Run As Administrator, in XP simply double-click it. Look in the Downloads folder for either an install.exe file or a /Perfect World International/ folder with an install.exe file, and repeat the (in XP) double-click or (in Vista) right-click then Run As Administrator.
