Catching hold of GMs...Too Hard

Ok i read another thread by a moderator explainin how to catch hold of a GM....i just wanted to tell that..... ITS TOO DIFFICULT!! ... I got stuck in a place in archosaur and why i tried to contact the GM via "I'm Stuck " there was no response.... i tried 4 times.....and as im not a cash shop user i didnt have any world chat either.....i had even used my town teleport....so in the end i had to wait for 40 mins. in that same spot until my teleport recharged! b:cryb:cry ... I tried the "I'm Stuck" on two other occasions ....again with No response what so ever!b:surrenderb:surrender

    Yea initially before OB Orinji said GM's will be online 24/7 with shifts or w/e. Unfortunately that was just misinformation or something cos its pretty obvious they keep 9-5 business hours and when they are asleep gold spammers can spend 6-8hours spamming in arch and no one does a thing.

    Pretty soon its going to turn into happy hour with gold sellers and possibly botters going nuts to make up for time lost during the day.

    can't you still email the GMs if they're not ingame and they'll get the bots the next day

    You could have just gotten off the game for a bit....

    The GMs, I believe, are very bogged down with reports. Especially if you report the same thing 4 times...x_x;

    i woudnt have reported it multiple times if they did anything about it.....b:shutup .. i can play the game only for 1 hr. and more or less within a fixed time gap ... cuz net is too slow at other times...

    I was pretty noob today and got stuck in HH 1-2, then I clicked the GM button and got response in like 2 seconds.

    She quickly un-stuck me.

    Then I had to be ultra leet sauce and got myself stuck AGAIN in exactly the same way. She then popped up again without me even pressing the button and released me again.
