Mount speed upgrades - Cumulative?

Malefox - Sanctuary

At level 20 I 'invested' in a panther and the Spurs of alacrity, so he's capable of 10m/s now that he's level 11.

The descriptive text on the speed upgrades is terribly imprecise;

upgrade your land mount's speed from 8.0m/s to 9.0m/s

Surely it should state that it upgrades the initial/base speed?

Anyway, my question is this: Would it be possible to buy the "Galewind spurs" to increase his speed by a further 1m/s? Or are those spurs exclusively for the level 60 mounts?

I know the descriptive text character limit is pretty tight due to the original language of the game, but a section of this site with more adequate descriptions would go a long way to making the cash shop feel less like a lottery b:worried

I believe you can apply the spurs only once. Panther mount becomes fast panther mount and lowers the lvl required to use from 40 to 20.

Thank you, I wasn't entirely sure if the pet manager had all the possible upgrades listed, but what you suggest makes sense.

It's not that it doesn't seem fast enough, I just have recent memories of being frequently beaten in the race to mine mats by people on deer and raptors on the Malaysian version of PW b:laugh

I believe panther, elephant and 4 of the 6 horses are upgradable twice, as will the pig and elk be when they're implemented. once with galewind, once with swiftwind.
