STUPID Security LOCK!!!

Here is my problem.
I put by accident the time of the security lock at 8 hours.
and I want to change it for 2 minutes
what should I do?
becuase when I do this, it restart for 8 hours when I come back to my account.
I have 2 other character who have the same problem.
can someone help me ?
