Forum AVATARS: Level up?

Just a quick question. I posted this in someone else's thread before and didn't really get a response so:

I see some people have a different pic for the forum avatar as though their character has nicer armor. what are the requirements of this?

I'm not talking about GMs or Mods, just other players. Is there aa level requirement or is there a required number of posts etc cause I'm getting tired of seeing my avatar with the basic armor.

    Well, as I said in the other thread, it seems to change every 40 levels.

    It changes at 40, 80, 105.
