Verification Issues

About two days ago I tried to get on to the game, but every time I tried the updater would say Verifying Client Version then it says File Folder Corrupted, Please select version verification. What can I do to fix this?

    Please click the Verify button from the Launcher.

    That's what I was afraid you would say. I tried that but after 3 hours they verification was only about a quarter of the way complete. Is that the only way?

    I don't know why it is doing this it was fine in the morning but when I turned it on I started to have that issue. I hate it.
