Connection Problem....

Hi all, I just started this game and enjoying it for about until maintiances begin. bit **** off about unable to join the game ...even though the server are on green n ready to go. was look forward to play with friends but seem like it wont work. so just wondering is this my problem or are PWI fix this whateva bug it is.. dont tell me to reinstall because it did n still wont work or re-DL because that still doesn't work..
P.S PWI you guys have a great game here, but if its that hard to connect then whats the use aye
so all I want n needed to know is that can you fix this problem or should I ignore this game n play others?b:pleased
