Why cant i log in to my old account =_=?

Why cant i log on to my old forum account. I got the right ID and PW cuz i got them sent to my email... but it still doesnt work.. why ?

Any one ? I dont know what i do wrong i got the right ID... and i even requested a new PW to make sure its the right one... "pasword change confirmed...bla bla"
Then i try to use the ID and the new PW and still doesnt work ?0 -
Could you send your username for that account, and info about your issue to Customer Support?
