Lag? o.O

I don;t know if this is lag or if its my computer but im stuck in one spot because if i try to move i take a few steps and am instantly transported back to the spot i moved from >.< should i adjust something in the settings or is this just my computer?

    If you are running an Intel multi-core processor (such as Core2Duos), please set processor affinity. If you are running an AMD multi-core processor, please use the AMD Optimizer. If you're on a wireless network device, please consider going to physical wired connections, or make sure that there are no major sources of 2.4Ghz interference nearby (microwaves, cordless phones).

    ok, i used the optimizer and my connection is wired.

    thank you for the help :3 it seems to be fixed now
