update patch

Ok I cannot get this patch to load. When I try and update it starts up, but their are files that keep saying unable to update this file, retry? And it does it forever. So I turn off the update, exit, then log back on, and it goes for a bit, then bam same thing on another file.

I tried manually installing the patch from the files given on this site. But the thing freezes up after so much and then doesn't download. I tried running the program and saving it to the disk.

Any idea how I get this patch to work?

I tried patching it again after awhile and all the files went through. So for the time being the game plays. It did keep minimizing and going to desktop, but restarting it fixed that.
