Chi points

Ok, im a wizard and i just reached lvl 9. I completed the adept meditator quest the old **** gives you and i got the 3 armor spells. It says i cant use them cuz i dont have enough chi. I would like to know where to find how many Chi points i have and how to build them up.

    Theres a box under ur exp box. Thats the chi box. u get chi by fighting, using moves, or embracing.
