omg plz help before i rip out my hair

ok i downloaded the thing and it took like 2 seconds, then another thing popped up it said options resume at the bottom, i finally finished downloading that, and now it said instalattion patcher and a grey box popped up, and i think it was at 87% last time i checked, then my computer froze up a few times but when my computer loaded the thing was gone, and now i hgave 2 start from the beginning, plz help

    Look in your My Documents/Downloads (XP) or Documents/Downloads (Vista). Depending on your far you got in the install, you'll either have a Perfect_World_Installer.exe file, and/or a file called "install.exe". Start with the former. It'll unzip a load of files, by default into the same directory. Look for an "install.exe" file, and use it.
