Where is Celestrial Painting Located???

I know that the painting is suppose to be in Hero's Dungeon (FB29) but was wondering where. I have looked all over the place and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know the coordinants?

    it is in the chest right near the begining. go up the ramp

    Do note that it is inside FB29 itself and not just the Secret Passage. You have to go all the way through the Secret Passage into FB29 to get to the painting. Once inside though it is almost the first thing you see.
