BUG - no xp for tailoring

I am working on level 3 tailoring, and whenever I make a level 3 or level 4 clothing item my experience does not advance in the crafting window.

When I visit the Elder, tailoring no longer appears in my trainable skills list, but it is in the skills window with mastery listed as 20/30. Unfortunately, that number does not increase as I make items.

Am I bugged, is this a known bug, or is this just a display glitch?

    Yeah, make sure you make an item that requires crafting skill lvl2-3. Not item that is lvl 2-3.

    You can see the required skill level when selecting items.

    Only items that use either broken yellow jade or yellow jade will raise your skill from 20 to 30.
