Server problem

i go to log onto the heavens tear server, were my characters r, yet it won't load the character screen, but it works for the other servers.
does any1 know what this is?

    Did you make any firewall or software changes over the last couple days, especially anything that could block those servers?

    It could also be a configuration file issue. Try renaming (assuming default directories) C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata to userdata_old, and then do a Verify from the launcher.
