Royalist, guilt site maker

I got pmed by them today and they're offereing to make my guild a site.
I'm just unsure about it because I asked him to show me one of his works,
which was pretty much just a rip off of a host site's preset and named differently.

I'm wondering how many of you out there have had "Royalist" (Heaven's tear) make your site, and if they are reliable?
