Cannot Transfer Zen Into Game!!

I purchased 3000 Zen last night and paid through Paypal. The transaction completed very quickly however when I went to go transfer the Zen into the game, it does nothing. It acts as though I'm not clicking anything and just sits there. I really would appreciate some help to get my Zen in the game, or if that can't be done I would like a refund!! This is my second time purchasing Zen and the first time went through fine. I hoping that since this is your means of making money that someone will help me quickily!

    I forgot to mention that contacted customer service over 12 hours ago and have heard nothing. I tried to contact them again an hour ago and still nothing!!!!

    What in the WORLD is going on??? I was told by a friend of mine that they're having the SAME problem with transferring their MONEY!b:irritated And they're NOT getting any responses from Cust Service either. b:angry I was just about to buy some more Zen myself, but NO WAY! Not until PWI gets their site fixed and Does BETTER with Getting back to their PAYING CUSTOMERS!

    Come'on PWI, you're better than this!

    We can not handle account concerns or payment processing through the forums. Please use the ticketing system, and we'll fix this as soon as possible. EDIT: /Understand that the ticketing support department does need sleep and even food, occasionally, and there may be a delay during the night hours. If you they do not respond within 24 hours, please check your spam folder; the ticketing department will always respond to tickets until the conversation ends or they get no response. /End EDIT

    In the meantime, please try using a different web browser to transfer zen (if you normally use Internet Explorer, try Firefox, if you normally use Firefox, try IE).

    Thank you for responding. I tried using Netscape (it was already on my machine) instead of IE (which was what I was using) and it went right through!! I greatly appreciate the help! b:pleased
