How do i add a skill?

I'm a blademaster, I'm level 4, and I want to add the skill "Draw Blood". I have the prerequisite skill: "Tiger's Maw" and it says learned at level 3. I'm level 4, how do I learn this skill?

    To add skill, or get a new one. Look for your "trainer" that falls under your character's class. The skills you'll usually want requires Spirits and a little bit of money til then.

    I had a problem on my character because it said I needed to be a spiritual adept but apparently i'm an initiate and I don't know how to change that. Any help?

    Get to level 10, usually there was a quest given to you by the Elder, and she'll move you to the next spiritual state.

    Oh, guess I shouldn't have stopped the elder quests. . .

    When you reached lv 9 you should have gotten a message box saing that the Taoist wants to speck to you. That will begin the quest chain that will increas your spirtual state.
