    auctioneer npc is in the north of the city archosaur

    you'll need to go there at level 20 for a bunch of new quests anyways so might as well wait till your higher level and have some more cash saved up before you trek out ahead of schedule

    There are also auctioneers in the other capital cities : use the Coordinate Tracker (the green button on the bottom right of the minimap labelled 2 in this picture) to find them.
