Don't no what this is...HELP!

I get to play the game for around 5-10 minutes then, everyone on my screen freezes, i can't attack, talk to contact but i can still run around (nothing is happening). b:angry

    What is your ISP and internet connection type? Do you have a seperate router and modem?

    This sort of behavior suggests an unreliable network connection, dropped packets, or a doubled NAT/PAT.

    well don't know much about ISP, routers & modems.
    But my internet connection is a 3 mobile dongle (plug it into comp, internet) which is quite ........... .
