Yeah I can't DL off the main website, could someone like host the new patch (16-18) onto rapidshare and send me the link? it's be awesome if someone could do that for me plz.

    You should read the threads more often...

    Ok to accomplish this method...

    1. Download the Client from http://www.perfectworld.com/download/client
    2. Download the Manual Patch of Version 1-16.
    3. Since there was a recent version and the automatic patch won't do its job. Go in here and follow these instructions. You do the bottom one in order:

    Download the elements.data and tasks.data after you have finished the first two instructions.

    Then originally your game would be in a folder C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Games\Perfect World International\element\data

    This is where you remove both existing files and replace them with the new PATCH one.

    Hopefully this helps you.



    Also, the new patches are those two downloads in the link in that thread. Just replace the existing once from the recent version which was 16 and place the new ones in.

    As I said before <_< scroll up a little, I can't download much of anything off the website, otherwise I would have by now and be happily playing. but no, there is something wrong with the website, my KB/S dwindle down like a biplane shot down neeeeeerrrrrrrr kaboom. anyway, I'd just simply ask for the 16-18 patch please :(

    Those were the patches. The ones on those two links. They are PREPATCHED already, you just have to replace your current one.

    I'd take a rolled up newspaper and smack you with it jkjk lol, it's still Ver. 16 :( just upload the patch for me, heck I even tried your do hicky problem solving thingy, and it didn't work >_> just upload please >.<
