Can not transfer Zen

Bought 5300 zen through paypal went to my wallet and hit transfer zen, put in my server, then "all zen" then hit transfer zen..nothing happens..it just sits there. After server maintenace i tried it again many time with the same result. I cleaned my pc ran scans and my pc is clean. My pc is an alienware and less then 1 yr old. I then bought more zen thinking for some reason it didnt go through the 1st time. The same thing has happened. I now have 10600 zen just sitting there. I put in a tticket on 11/12 and NO 1 has answered me. I called the billing dept and no 1 has called me back. THIS IS 100.00$ USD!!!! I have never had a problem with buying zen til now and my settings on my pc have NOT been changed. Please refund my money or transfer it to my in game account OR fix ur web page.

    Please send a ticket to customer service/billing and they will be able to assist you.

    I had it too that I had a problem put a ticket in and never got it answered. Try sending it in again with 2 different E-mail addresses to send an answer to. They seem to have a problem with some E-mails getting through. When I send a ticket in the second with 2 E-mails it worked and I got an answer within an hour. :)
