Some of you folks out there are really setting a bad example to all the new players,(like me). If you have nothing to relevant that will help, don't add anything. If you lambaste every "rookie mistake/question" you put off anyone asking for anything and we end up with either a bunch of gimped out toons or fewer people to play alongside or against. I have played more than my share of games online and in real life and left/switched servers because of rude, obnoxious or downright mean players. This world may be perfect but we are not.
This is the Beginners Guide. The icon displayed are hands holding symbolizing help or cooperation.
You are going to get what some would consider, "Dumb Questions". I'm sure none of you; Pros, Powergamers etc, ever asked a dumb question way back in your first game. Be nice.
New players; please, please, please, search around before asking a question, it is more than likely somebody already asked the same question. It will save you from feeling silly for an oversight. I've been reading a bit here, as time permits.
Go troll someplace else.

    I agree, people should feel that it's ok to ask any game related questions here. That's what the forums are for.....asking questions, and helping others. We've all gone through the "dumb" question stage (even though the questions really aren't so dumb). What's obvious to one person may not be so obvious to another.

    Also though, I think some people feel they have to put up some sort of tough "non-carebear" kind of attitude. I don't know why.....maybe it's a reputation thing on their server.

    But really, people should look though the forums and use the search button first. It does get a bit frustrating when you see the same question 3 times on the same page.

    If any new Sanctuary people have questions in game, feel free to whisper to me. I'll help with questions if I can. Of course I might be afk or helping a guildie with an fb, so I may not answer. But if I'm available I will b:pleased
