To capture a pet you spacifally want ......or does the pet you have governed buy your level....and which is the best attack pet to have????

    The pet level is also the level requirement to hatch the egg. You can only trade pets in egg form (you can put them back into an egg too, so you can trade or store them).

    Someone else can capture a pet for you, but you can't use it if it's higher level. Could make sense if you want the flying pet, for example (I just got my petite sawfly at lvl 30, and the fly is lvl 8... so now I have to figure out how to level it).

    The "best" pet according to the Venomancer subforum is the Crystalline Magnite. You will need a water pet at least once --- to kill lvl 23 Elder Turtoise. I just grabbed myself a lvl 21 turtle for this. Might do the same if I need one again later; I don't think I'll want to level a turtle.
