im confused as to where the orchedelia flower is for a quest from mister shih, can anyone help me?

    Once you've completed the quest line, which involves talking to Scholar Fang in Orchid Temple and killing a number of nasty critters, Fang will tell you that it's on top of a nearby tower. Here's a picture. You can not get this until you've completed the quests
