need help with the skills on the skill tree

Hello,
Im not understanding something , on my skill tree ( barbarian ) there is a skill " gurratte " and it says it is learned at lev 3. Im at lev 6 and i still dont have the skill can anyone help me out ???

    Well, you have to buy the skill from your Trainer :-) It will cost some "Spirit" (roughtly replaces the skillpoints from most other games) and some money.

    Same for upgrades; when your level is high enough for the next level of a skill you'll have to buy it (if you want it, of course).
