Um okay I'm lvl 30 now and I haven't gotten my Manta ray? what is the quest that allows you get get it cuz I did all the quests on the list and still no manta ray!

    The quest starts at the Elder of Archosaur, available at level 30, and goes to an NPC at 216, 543.
