Pet Controls???

Hi I was just wondering, my pet has multiple skills and when I right click either of them a yellow box goes around the skill. What does this yellow box mean?

    A pet will have two attacks - a physical one and also whichever attack you right click on - this is what the yellow border means.

    The pet will automatically use the skill that has a yellow box around it.

    I tried that with Tough on my Crystalline Magmite, and it didnt work.

    The pet doesnt use the defensive skill by itself.
