Weird Unreadable message/client crashes

Ok so, this all happened this morning. I open up my patcher and start, everything is normal. I sign in and click my character. Then it goes normal and says it is connecting. Then it quits and shows an error report. I figure something went wrong with the recent update and verify my files. About 10 minutes later it is done and i start everything like normal. After pressing start ont he patcher, the client doesn't even start and this message comes up: Untitled-1.jpg . I really need your help. I will supply you guys with any information you need. If you need my dxdiag I will give it to you, just tell me.

    I've been able to recreate one error message like that, and redownloading the C++ redistributable seemed to help, but that's a hard thing to track.

    Can you tell us the GPU and GPU driver of your computer?

    Zomg, I have exactly the same problem. Possibly because it's Vista? I hate vista so much despite it's appearance...

    well idk much about computers n stuff but i had the same problem n i just restarted the comp n now it seems okay =o..idk if its gonna stay alright but seemes to work for me =p..

    well I have windows xp, not vista, but when i start the game, it has a similar message and i would like to show an example but i dont know how to take a screen shot to make a pic of the message. because it is slightly different from the vista examples...

    If you could send a DXDiag log to tech support, that would help us to diagnose the problem.

    To do this, go to Start, click on run (if using Windows XP; in Vista, click in the search bar), then type in dxdiag and press enter. Click on Save All Information, then attach the text file to your reply.

    Try installing the East Asian language pack it seems to help alot of people. To do that run your original Windows exp disc.

    oh...my...gosh.... that same stupid message comes up every time i press start! and i have xp! it's so annoying and i've been trying to fix it for hours!! i mean if i knew what the problem was i could probably fix it... but thats the problem with that dumb message, it's complete gibberish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!b:angryb:angryb:angryb:angry

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    well it seems weird that the administrator account on this computer runs perfect world international when my account (limited user) gives me that error. I am running windows XP (service pack 3)
