problem connecting to server

am having problem connecting to server, whenever i start perfect world, it shows 3 server but none of them shows any status & ping.. am dying to play this game.. i have created 2 charachters.. blade master & elfs.. plz help me... i already reinstalled the game patch it manually by downloading new patch from perfect world website.. plz help me...
