enabling the arrow keys

I have been playing Perfect World for about a week now and I have my 3 boys enjoying the game as well. My wife thinks the game looks great but she suffers from MS and would like to be able to use the arrow keys to move vs the W, A, S, or D.

I did go out and buy her a gaming keyboard and programmed the arrow keys with WASD, but the game doesn't recognise the keys when pressed. It works in notepad, but not the game. Is there a way to turn these keys on in the game?

Another wish would be to have the camera snap to view your character from behind unless using the mouse to look around.

With these changes, or if anyone has a work around, I'm sure she would really enjoy the Perfect World.
