where to upgrade skills?

Where can I find the npc that allows a venomcancer to upgrade skills. Thanksb:victory

    That would be the venomancer skill trianer and the pet skill trainer, but you can only do so at certin lvs. Check you skill tree and each skill will tell you when you can get the skill and at what lvs you char needs to be at to lv up the skill.

    And to add on what Ashtad said, the venomancer skill trainer is for veno skills only, if you want to upgrade your heal, tame or rez pet skill you go to pet skill trainer, she is also who you go to if you want to update one of your pets skills but only after you have brought the proper book that allows you to do so.
