ZEN Processing Time

Hi, I'd like to know, from PWI staff or from other players - if they know: how long does bought zen take to be processed and end up in your account. I used my visa at google checkout. Thanks in advance.

    I haven't personally purchased Zen myself, nor am I staff.

    I've done work with Google Checkout's merchant transfer services before, and with my tests the typical range for a test transfer of one dollar was between three minutes and more than one day, although greatly favoring the shorter time periods. Having a brand-new account or card that had never used Google Checkout before tended to involve the longer time periods.

    From the other player posts on this forum, it usually clears within a day or two. If you have concerns or have had a particularly long delay between purchasing Zen and the transaction clearing, please create a ticket on the matter. They'll be more able to help you, as long as you keep an eye on your spam filter.
