im freaking lvl 31 venomancer and havent recieved a quest from elder of archosaur to get Flying Beast quest yet.............................. the quest that enables you to ride a manta ray.

so freaking rigged...
anyone know why???
did i forget something?!?!?

    I noticed this "phenomenon" after leveling a few venos (WF's) on this and other servers. It's not just with that quest, but several through out that actually require pre-requisite quests to be done before others become "available".

    Technically, it can happen to any character class, I suppose, but the issue is exagerated more with venos. The problem is with gaining exp and leveling. Veno's are designed to be a solo class, and most do quite well without parties. Well this grants them much faster leveling as they don't need to share exp gained from killing mobs with other players, many times leveling BEFORE they finish all of the quests given to them on a certain level.

    I used to use this to my advantage, to store up quests, so they would carry over to higher levels when quests become fewer and far between, ya know, to "fill in the gaps".

    That's when I noticed it.

    Just make sure you finish any quests that have been "hanging out" in your log and pick up all available. Can't tell you for sure which one you may be needing, but in my experience, that should clear it up and open that quest for you.
