Hi there,

I've got a problem with two of my chars, they're stuck in bamboo village...
I went there with my veno and the game crashed. when I tried to log in again with it the game crashed again. I went there with my winged elf to try out if that will work, and when I entered bamboo village I thoght the game would crash again (heavy lag), but it didn't. after this, i was able to log in with my veno again, but because I didn't had much time and thoght the problem was solved I logged out at the same spot.

Now when I try to log in with one of these characters the game crashes. and the message I get is unreadable, it looks like =]&+":' etc, no text.

HELP!

Have you installed the East Asian Language Pack?

    I don't know b:puzzled

but I guess it wouldn't be much help for me to have asian letters instead of other unreadable "letters"...(?)

btw after I tried to login a few times I managed to start the game with the winged elf but my main char is still stuck. every time I play perfect world i try to log in with it, but the game crashes -.-
atm I'm raising a new veno...

The language pack has helped prevent a lot of crashing issues. DarthPanda16 has a quick guide on making that change here.

Some players have also reported success holding down the W key while their character is loading.
