Different Computer, Can't Get Character

I loaded Perfect World onto a desktop at my home. I had played originally on a laptop. I can log in, but my character doesn't show up on the desktop. I went back to check on the laptop, and it shows up there with no problem. Same log in name and password.

Any ideas? I'm only a level 4, but I've enjoyed the character.

    Send us your dxdiag log for your computer to us, and reference this thread please.

    To do this, go to Start, click on run (if using Windows XP; in Vista, click in the search bar), then type in dxdiag and press enter. Click on Save All Information, then attach the text file to your reply.
