Keyboard: New Functions

This is a part 2 to my first thread, but I'm keeping them seperate cause they deal with different issues.

There should be new keyboard functions implemented into this game that can be added:
1) A single key that selects nearby (closest) enemy
2) A single key that selects nerby (closest) ally
3) A single key that selects and auto scrolls through enemies within sight range.
4) A single key that selects and auto scrolls through nearby allies or NPCs (if not a nother seperate key)

These are just some keys that I think would be useful. If anyone else has suggestions for special function keys post 'em here and let our collective keyboard mashing be heard!
