Quest Rewards After Lv19

Hello everyone, I'm currently in the process of leveling my Tailoring and Craftsman Professions, and I was wondering if it's worth leveling Blacksmithing as well or any of them in general based on the Quest rewards passed Lv19? At the moment I haven't leveled Blacksmithing at all since I'm getting better level equivalent weapon every couple of levels from questing, but as far as Jewelery and Armor goes, the quests are only filling a slot or two so I figured it was worth leveling Tailoring and Craftsmanship to fill the rest of the gaps. The Quest Guide from Lv1-19 is great but I'm not sure if I have any Quest rewards after Lv19 to look forward to so if you could any feedback that'd be great.

P.S. - Are there any plans to expand the Quest Guide pass Lv19?s
