"The Hive"

All I've learned is you get exp and sxp if you complete it. The guy in the beginning gives some info on it, but I keep hearing different things about it all. I've heard you need 50 badges of duty to complete it all, I've heard you need many mirage stones to complete it, but I don't have any real numbers. Has anyone completed The Hive, or do some have more concrete info on it? I was wondering...

1 ) Do you HAVE to complete it all at once (bring in at least 50 badges), or do you complete one section a day.

2 ) Do you need 50 or more mirage stones?

3 ) Should you be a certain lvl to kill certain bosses? I'm assuming herios are a must in there.

4) If you have completeed it, what is the reward?
