    see all different mounts here

the horses are bought from pet administrator (brown and black ones)
    or
with Dragon Tablets from Dragon Tablet Emissaries (white, glowing white and glowing purple ones)

all other mounts are bought from item mall

mounts cannot fly, but are the fastest way to travel (excluding porting)... much faster than flying

flying devices are gained from a lvl 30 quest, faster (and better looking) ones are available from the item mall
    you can see them here

in order to maximise revenues, cash shop items are introduced gradually, so people keep buying better (and more expensive) items every few months. its pretty cynical but it works

Another question about mounts... does it matter if they're hungry or if their loyalty is low? Or do we have to feed them?

...do we have to feed them?

Was curious about that too, since horses eat grass and drink water, both plentiful in the PW environment...

please don't take this as more than my understanding of the issue, Ground Mounts are treated by the game mechanics as Pets. This means the following.

1.) they use a space in your pet menu and probably need to be summoned/dismissed
2.) they can level (from my understanding level 11 is max for mounts)
3.) they can gain/loose loyalty due to feeding/starving
4.) the effect of #'s 2 and 3 is mostly on movement speed (unlike Venomancer combat pets where loyalty affects damage and XP 'Bonus')
Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.
