I'll divide things into 3 categories for you

    GREAT SUPPORT SKILLS
Ironheart blessing - Your main and more or less only heal, note it is stackable
Vangaurd - As it levels it eventually doubles the armor of your party
Spirits gift - Boosts magic attack, make your wizards and veno's do more damage, and make your own heals stronger
Revive - Kind of a duh, but also leveling it higher at higher levels spares a LOT of grinding to make up for lost XP for the person who died
Purify - At least 1 level, some DOTS later on are deadly as hell
Soon the light - AoE heal, yeah when enemies are doing aoe damage, you want to be able to counter with aoe healing

Decent support skills - These are good to have, but odds are nobody will notice
Celestial spirit seal - Gives a bit of regen, unfortunately it maxes out at 10 hp/mp a second, and by the time you are giving 10, people are using 100+ mp a second, so it's not extremely noticable.
Wellspring surge - Get's HP NOW for someone, while it's a small heal, and extremely MP inefficiant, it may save a wizards life by not having to wait the 4 seconds for a few ironhearts to stack
Plume shell - Converts hp damage to mp damage, you would spend less MP healing yourself. but on the other hand, if the hit would have killed you, you wouldn't have had a chance.

Complete garbage skills - Skills that I have never found a good use for
Blessing of the purehearted - Slow cast time, MP inefficiant, really there's no sane reason to ever cast this one

Why do you say it's no good? I use it all the time when I'm playing, although I'm usually playing with just one blademaster so that's all I have to heal...

well in the case of 1 on one teaming,
lets compare ironheart level 5 (available at level 26)
and blessing of the purehearted level 6 (available at 25)

in 3 seconds it takes to cast blessing of the pure hearted you have healed
    385 + 26% of your magic attack

in that same 3 seconds, if you had cast ironheart 3 times you'd have healed
1092 hp + 45% of your magic attack.

sure the results don't come instant, but they come, and if your tank is still getting hit, it get's used.

assuming your not casting ironheart more then necessary each cast of iron heart level 5
    costs
117 MP to give 364 HP (3.1 hp per mp)

    blessing of the pure hearted
160 MP, to give 385 HP (2.4 HP per mp)

You can get by with blessing of the pure hearted on regular enemies, won't heal enough fast enough for bosses or anything hard. and still far less efficient then just slapping on 1 or 2 iron hearts just before your buddy starts getting hit

Max Ironheart, buffs (at 60 you'll want aoe buffs for HH imo), Plume shot, cyclone, purify

These are the mandatory imo (some people would say don't have to max purify but I find myself using it a lot in group pvp and on certain PvM encounters.

Anyways its really up to you, just know u cannot possibly mess up your set-up too much bc at lvl 89 u get every skill.

Also do not get pureheart its so slow and useless by the time it lands on the person he's dead. If you want a secondary heal u can get wellspring.

leave Soon the Light at level 1 (level it later)

Max blue bubble (you get at 59), max rejuv heal

and get some -- channeling items for quicker casts.

oh yeah dont' forget to do dmg too. theres no reason to only be healing a good cleric will have plenty of time to DD and keep the team alive even on hard raids. So practice and also remember 2 tips
    - 1.) Theres an assist key (learn how to use it so can DD quick and get right back to healing ur teammates
    - 2.) Shift 1 2 3 4 targets the people in ur team for quick heals (or u can just click their name which I tend to do most of the time).
