okay im wondering where the clock tower is for this quest?

    It's the belltower with a chest in it, on one of the corners of the small yard where the contact was.

    how do i get on this tower? i have no idea=(

    You should be able to double-jump up there from the ground level; it's not that high. If you having problems, there's an awning nearby that should help.

    it's in Orchid Temple and it's easy to jump after it dont worry

    It's in Orchid temple, left hand side when your facing the scholar (forget his first name lol) just jump up and you'll see it b:victory
