i see people with what looks like flames around there hands for wepons how do you get those

    err...for archers, it's just a skill learned in later levels by talking to the Archers in various cities, called Flaming Arrows or something of that lot.

    If there are flames in each of their hands, you are looking at the level 33 (not sure) fists. They are found in the fist section of the blacksmith. All the fists are just colourful lights around the user's hands. Looks really cool.
