Suggestion: Report Bug Feature In Consult GM

I think it would have quite handy to have a report Bug feature within the game under the "Consult GM" feature. Currently all that's there right now is "I'm Stuck!"

While some bugs are potentially sticky, I don;t think that's the same kind of stuck that a GM would expect on a request of consultation.
