Quest Bug! Not Rewarded! [Cooperation]

Ok, i completed the Cooperation quest, the one where you are required to kill 30 Squamas, and returned to the NPC that gave me the quest. I talked to him, he gave me the completion conversation, but, I wasn't rewarded the exp, gold, or items I was supposed to have been given. Here are the conditions that I completed the quest in: I was in a three person group, I did complete the quest under 50 mins. just as it told me to, and lastly, I died twice. Please reply if it's a bug or my own fault. If it's a bug, can a GM spawn me the reward or mark the quest as "unfinished" again?

    I havent done human quests, so I'm not quite sure.
    However it sounds to me that when you turned the quest in it isn't over yet. Has the quest you turned in be replaced by a new quest? Sometimes to get a reward you need to do 3 and more subquests first until you get your reward.
